Board of Directors

At ACS, we are very fortunate to have a diverse group of highly skilled, committed and passionate volunteer Board members who meet monthly to oversee and guide the organization. The ACS Board of Directors has a Policy Governance Structure. Under this format, the Board of Directors is legally responsible for the governance of the organization. Within that mandate is the expectation that the Board will develop, implement and monitor policies that will allow our organization to carry out our mission.

Our Board of Directors is comprised of experienced business and community leaders who provide financial, agency and community insight and support to ensure that ACS fulfills its commitment to the community and its residents.

Board members are elected once per year at our Annual General Meeting (AGM).
